I am still a working man
This is my plan A and my only plan so while getting started i ask you to work with my schedule and trust my judgements I offer my services evening and weekends (as of now) when i get busy i will try and cut back my regular working hours and focus on this i am fast and efficient but family comes first when I turn a regular profit this will be my full time job. This will most likely fit your schedule as you most likely work full time
What does my company stand for?
I want to travel my company by word of mouth i want to do such a good job at whatever i do that you are proud to give my companies name for the work i did. I want to make this my own and do what i want to do i want to get to a point i am proud of this company where i can come to your house to do an estimate in a nice truck or on a motorcycle in a nice suit and just feel like a man who's proud of the company he built. this isn't just about building a company though this is my future i want my son to work along side of me one day. i want to turn nothing into a big something going to meetings with investors and expand and learning new things constantly i want to be the best at whatever it is i do. This isnt something im just slapping together to say i did it this is something i want to build and work on constantly knowing it wasn't easy but worth it. I like working Hard and learning new things. I want to come to your house and you can say it was some random kid but he did a really nice job. so i am offering you my services to try my best and work hard and give you a finished product you are proud of. I enjoy being clean and efficient and doing things right so i promise that to you.
LID-Z Property Services was founded with a simple goal: provide dependable, high-quality property services while building something that means more than just a business.
The name LID-Z carries personal meaning, My Best friends name and my soon to be sons name Zachary. this is representing someone who continues to inspire us and reminding us why hard work, loyalty, and doing things the right way matter.
We're committed to bringing that same mindset to every property and every customer we work with.
That feels much more like a company.
My Name is Eric Ay
I started my company with one goal in mind: to achieve greatness in my work while being someone you can trust and rely on.
I’ve always been a go-getter. I started working at my grandpa’s machine shop when I was 11 years old. I grew up there because my parents worked late nights, and some nights they would bring my sister and me to work with them. Hard work has always been a part of my family, and it’s something I’ve carried with me throughout my life.
I want to bring that same work ethic to every customer I work with. Whether it’s painting, demolition, or another property service, my goal is to provide a finished product that you can be happy with and proud of. I don’t take my goals lightly. Whatever I decide to do, I want to do it right, and I want to be the best I can be.
My best friend Zachary and I always shared that mindset. I was probably a little more strict about the “best” part of it, but he taught me more than he probably ever realized and helped make me the person I am today.
So, if you’re wondering, “Who would name their company Lidz?”
Me.
I wanted the name to mean something.
Zachary passed away in 2024, one year after we graduated high school. We had always dreamed about getting motorcycles, making something of ourselves, and building a future we could be proud of. We eventually got those motorcycles—I’m sure our neighbors were less than impressed with two young idiots riding around on them.
The name Lidz comes from another word for helmets, which carries a little nostalgia for those memories. The “Z” is for Zachary, my best friend and my soon-to-be son’s namesake.
So Lidz Property Services is more than just a company name to me. It represents hard work, ambition, friendship, family, and the people who have helped shape who I am.
When you choose Lidz Property Services, I want you to know that you’re getting more than someone showing up to complete a job. You’re getting someone who genuinely cares about the quality of his work, stands behind what he does, and treats every project as an opportunity to prove himself.
My goal is simple: do the job right, earn your trust, and leave you with something you’re proud of.
